Dispatch & Delivery 

Once your order has been placed, we will process and ship your order within 48 hours. This does not include weekends or public holidays. During promotional or holiday periods please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Shipping & Handling

Our Fulfilment Centre is working to pick, pack and fulfil your sunshine essentials as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye on your inbox for your tracking information which will be shared with you within 3 business days.

Please note that all deliveries from Coconut Grove Co. are made via FedEx, DHL & USPS. As these are 3rd party businesses, Coconut Grove Co. cannot be held accountable for delivery delays during their peak time

Our online store offers shipping to the USA (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Standard Delivery Fee of $12.  Please allow 3 - 8 business days for delivery (or up to 21 business days for Hawaii and Alaska). 

If your order is returned to us, we are more than happy to re-send your order to you. This will incur a $12 fee for standard delivery. Should you choose not to have your order resent, we will process a refund for you less the shipping cost paid. 

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

Standard delivery to these states is based on the weight of the order and the shipping fee starts from just $15.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Currently only shipping within the United States. 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have placed an order via our website, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please check this confirmation email and contact us immediately if there are errors or changes that need to be made.

For all orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, you will charged a fee of $20 for repacking and postage.

If your package is going to a workplace, please include the business name so that it arrives promptly.
